What you'll be doing

• Solicit and acquire new clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet and exceed client expectations
• Analyze client needs and requirements to recommend tailored financial solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
• Actively participate in client meetings, presentations and events
• Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business

What we're looking for

• Experience in soliciting for commercial loans is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
