The Senior Electrical & Control Engineer will design/ develop/ execute electrical and control solutions for the high-speed turbo blowers & e-compresor products. He/She will

provide technical expertise, customer support, and customized solutions for the company’s product globally. This role requires a solid technical background in electrical and control on instruments/machineries. The Senior Electrical & Control Engineer will work closely with application, R&D, production, QA/QC and product teams to meet client needs and support project implementations.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Design/ develop/ execute PLC software to new product development, improvement and customized design.
• Design/ develop/ execute electrical and control solutions based on project and client requirements.
• Work directly with other engineering disciplines to establish product concepts, perform design verifications, carry ideas through final product design and rapidly respond to design changes.
• To develop and improve new/ existing products, know-how, components, equipment, systems, and processes.
• To develop testing and verification procedures on Sprintex products and services by working closely with cross functional teams.
• Knowledge of IoT frameworks, networking and cloud platform integration, & familiarity with protocols such as Modbus, MQTT, OPC-UA and edge computing devices.
• Evaluate product performance based on technical specs / customer requirements.
• Produce design documents, BOM, datasheets, single-line diagrams, layout drawings and interface specifications.
• Define technical specifications and material requirements for electrical components and control systems.
• To assist in sourcing of electrical related components.
• Engage with suppliers to ensure manufacturing quality, compliance and on-time delivery.
• Perform related work as apparent or assigned.

Skill & Other Special Requirements Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field.
• Strong experience (5 years) in electrical & control engineering design or a similar role within the blowers or/and compressor system.
• Experience in PLC & HMI programming. Siemens PLC programming is a plus.
• Experience in electrical drawings design.
• Familiarity with industry design standard, safety standards and regulations
• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good reading, listening and writing skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Independent self-starter, able to interact with all levels of personnel.
• Travel overseas when necessary.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Good team player.
