Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Payroll Executive (Singapore) at Asia Payroll Hub. The Payroll Executive will manage end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore-based clients, including data collection, computation of salaries, statutory contributions, and preparation of payslips. The role involves ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations, such as CPF, income tax, and other statutory requirements. The Payroll Executive will maintain payroll records, handle payroll-related queries from clients and employees, and support audits or reporting as needed. The position also includes close collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and support HR-related administrative tasks linked to payroll.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing for Singapore, including statutory compliance and reporting.
  • Experience with Payroll Management and Finance, including reconciliations, calculations, and basic accounting concepts.
  • Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain payroll matters clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems, as well as MS Excel or similar tools.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Relevant experience in payroll or HR operations; familiarity with Singapore employment and tax regulations is an advantage.
  • Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, HR, or a related field is preferred.
