Role Description The Senior Executive Account Relationship role is a full-time, on-site position based in WP Kuala Lumpur.

This is a hybrid role focused on both new client acquisition and the development of existing

accounts. This role is critical in driving sales performance, securing new revenue streams, and

deepening engagement with current clients.

• Strong sales, account management and client relationship skills.

Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and account revenue growth.

• Sales capabilities, with a track record in prospecting, negotiation, and revenue growth within B2B environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain data-driven solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working with data, reports, and performance metrics to generate insights for clients.
• Knowledge of financial services, credit reporting, or related industries; familiarity with RegTech, compliance, or risk management is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in WP Kuala Lumpur, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proficiency in standard office software and CRM tools; experience with account management systems or analytics platforms is beneficial.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset, with an interest in contributing to a data-driven, innovative organization.
