Customer Service Coordinator
Core Responsibilities
- Handle repeat quotation, renewal contract, Service Level Agreement from time to time in customer service team
- Data input and follow up cases at CRM system
- Follow up the contract renewal arrangement via phone
- Coordinate with internal parties including engineering, sales, and logistics to ensure seamless service or order execution
Qualifications & Requirement
- Experience or fresh graduates of associate degree, diploma holder will also be considered
- Good organization skills, attention to detail, and proactive
- Good command of written and spoken Mandarin, English is an advantage
- Microsoft Word, Excel
