Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in design. Experience in FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Cosmetics is preferred. Familiarity with fast-paced visual production.
- Software Skills: * Graphic/Motion: Proficient in PS, AI, and AE.
- Video: Skilled in PR, Final Cut, or CapCut.
- AI: Must have hands-on experience with mainstream AICG tools.
- Qualities: High aesthetic standards with strong creative logic and execution skills.
- Language: Conversational English. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Graphic & Motion Design 4 / 10 Design all-channel visuals for COROS & BMAI (E-commerce pages, social media posters, offline POSM). Lead Motion Graphics creation: Produce engaging animated posters, logo animations, and dynamic social components to enhance visual impact.
- AI-Driven Creation (AICG) Proficient in AICG tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Firefly, Sora/Viggle) for creative composition, scene synthesis, and video pre-processing. Utilize AI to shorten production cycles and explore innovative visual applications in sports marketing.
- Video Production & Post-Packaging Independently edit short-form videos (TikTok/Reels/Shorts), including color grading, VFX, and BGM synchronization. Repurpose and distribute video content based on marketing scripts to maintain high quality dissemination.
- Photography & Filming (Bonus) Basic or professional filming skills to capture product launches, community events, or marathon race-day content.
