Work Hours: 9am to 6pm
Salary: Basic Salary from 4k onwards + Monthly KPI Bonus + Transportation Allowance + Flexi Claim

About the Role

Join a growing Fintech & Shared Services environment as an Account Executive and gain exposure beyond traditional accounting.

You will manage daily accounting operations, monthly closing, reconciliations and financial reporting while working with different business teams. The role also provides exposure to group consolidation, high-volume transactions, data analysis and AI/automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounting, including fixed assets, prepayments, accruals and balance sheet accounts.
• Handle monthly and year-end closing, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Support group consolidation and financial reporting for management review.
• Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, variances and potential issues.
• Use AI tools and automation to improve accounting workflows and work with the Automation team to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• min 1 year of relevant accounting experience, preferably with full-set accounts and month-end closing.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Experience in Fintech, BPO, Shared Services or high-volume transaction environments is preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, SQL Account, AutoCount, Power Query or similar systems is an advantage.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude to improve daily work efficiency.
