About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Executive to join a growing Fintech & Shared Services environment.

You will manage day-to-day finance operations, transaction and payment processing, work with internal teams and external stakeholders, and support accurate and timely financial reporting.

Candidates with experience in Fintech, financial services, BPO or Shared Services are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction & Payment Processing – Manage end-to-end transactions and payments accurately and within required timelines.
• Payment Verification – Review payment requests, supporting documents and disbursements according to internal controls and approval procedures.
• Reconciliation & Issue Resolution – Identify discrepancies and work with relevant teams, vendors and banks to resolve payment or transaction issues.
• Financial Reporting – Prepare transaction, payment and finance reports and highlight unusual activities or key variances.
• Stakeholder Coordination – Work closely with Finance, Operations and other departments to ensure smooth financial processes.
• AI & Automation – Use AI tools and automation to improve finance workflows and work with the Automation team to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Min 1 year of experience in Finance, Finance Operations, Payment Operations or a related role.
• Good command of English; Mandarin is an advantage for communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Experience in Fintech, financial services, BPO, Shared Services or high-volume transaction environments is preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, Power Query, Power BI or financial systems experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or Claude to improve work efficiency
