Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • To maintain relevant Policy and Operation Manual (POM) and adhering to the School’s Policies.
  • Manage the entire onboarding process for new students
  • Assess admission eligibility, coordinate with Academic Team to for placement test scheduling.
  • Assist with issuing Letters of Offer and contracts, following up on unsigned contracts, and processing revisions where applicable.
  • Conduct student orientation sessions and serve as the primary point of contact for all students.
  • Responsibility for the administration and execution of the student pass application process, such as SOLAR application, scheduling ICA appointments for STP issuance, accompanying students for medical check-ups (when required), and guiding students through the completion of STP-related formalities.
  • Monitor and track Student Pass applications and expiry dates.
  • Collaborate with the HOD to maintain an accurate and up-to-date admissions database.
  • Monitor student attendance, follow up with students on absences to establish the reasons, and assist the HOD with intervention where required.
  • Assist students with leave applications and update the attendance records accordingly.
  • Manage student withdrawals and refund documentation, ensuring the full process is completed within the required timelines.
  • Monitor, verify and follow up on student payments, including instalment schedules and outstanding course fees (e.g., Application Fee, Course Fee).
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including meeting recording.
  • Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years of experience in admissions, education administration, or a similar role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and able to maintain and manage student databases and records accurately
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal, as the role involves report writing
  • Able to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Prior experience in student admissions or education administration is an advantage
