Job Summary

NCE Corporation (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a responsible and experienced Project Coordinator cum Site Supervisor to coordinate construction activities and supervise daily site operations. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and according to approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project and site activities from mobilisation through completion and handover
• Supervise workers and subcontractors and monitor their work progress and productivity
• Review drawings, specifications, work schedules and contract requirements
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and the internal project team
• Prepare and update project schedules, progress reports, site records and work programmes
• Arrange manpower, materials, equipment, access and site logistics
• Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship meets approved quality standards
• Monitor project progress and promptly report delays, defects or coordination issues
• Assist with the preparation of method statements, risk assessments, permits and material submissions
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and approved safe work procedures
• Attend site meetings, progress meetings and inspections
• Take site measurements and maintain accurate records for progress claims and variation works
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, defect rectification and final handover
• Ensure proper housekeeping and protection of completed works
• Carry out other project-related duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline
• Minimum two years of relevant construction or site supervision experience
• Singapore construction, A&A, renovation, reinstatement or maintenance experience is preferred
• Able to understand construction drawings, specifications and work programmes
• Knowledge of site safety, quality control and project coordination requirements
• Valid BCSS certification is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic AutoCAD knowledge would be advantageous
• Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and coordinate multiple work activities
• Willing to travel between different project sites and work outside normal hours when required
