Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Required language(s): English
• Good to have Skill(s): tradenet
• Required Skill(s): Interpersonal and communication Skills, teamwork.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Read and responds to all incoming emails promptly and update all required information of the respective vessels on the electronic board under his/her care.
2. Monitor all pre-alerts of incoming air & sea freight shipments and updating the details of such shipments into the stock list folder under respective vessel’s name.
3. Preparation of all necessary documentations for the vessels - Air Waybills, Bill of Lading, Invoices and Packing Lists etc...
4. Maintain updated stocklist, offlanding list folders.
5. Preparation of Delivery Orders and Receipt Orders.
6. Organise local deliveries and export air/seafreight/courier shipments to various destinations.
7. Coordinate with boat operators, shipchandlers, agents or Owners for delivery/loading to vessels at the anchorage, PSA container ports and the shipyard etc...
8. To work closely with the warehouse guys to ensure that all markings are accurately pasted on the physical item for easy identification.
9. Must possess basic computer knowledge.
10. Possess positive mindset and able to multitask.
