EMINENT WAREHOUSE SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time Warehouse Admin in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 2,000 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Admin to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily warehouse administrative work and documentation.
• Prepare and check Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Received Notes (GRN), invoices and other warehouse documents.
• Update inventory and stock movement records accurately.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing goods.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff, drivers, transporters, suppliers and customers.
• Assist with stock counting and stock reconciliation.
• Maintain proper filing of warehouse documents and records.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reports.
• Follow up on delivery status and outstanding documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager/HOD.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse administration, logistics or inventory control is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse/inventory systems is an advantage.
• Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia/English skills are an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
