Job Summary

Oversee daily administrative operations, lead clerical staff, manage customer workflows, and support compliance activities to ensure efficient office management and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clerical staff to ensure smooth daily administrative operations
• Manage customer workflows including processing invoices, quotations, and order fulfilment to maintain service accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain and organize both physical and electronic company records for easy retrieval and compliance
• Prepare detailed operational reports for management to support informed decision-making
• Coordinate procurement and timely replenishment of office supplies to sustain uninterrupted operations
• Support annual ISO audits by preparing documentation and facilitating audit processes
• Assist workplace safety activities to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers to resolve administrative issues promptly
• Work independently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

Required competencies and certifications

• BizSAFE Level 2 certification (mandatory for workplace safety compliance)

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant administrative management experience
