• Preparation of budget bill of quantities.
• Vetting through Form of Contracts.
• Liaise with consultants and clients
• Format and preparation of Progress Claims.
• Ensure Timely collection of payment to sustain company fund.
• Calling quotation, Budget comparison, specification, negotiation, prepare Letter of Acceptance.
• Preparation of sub-contractor payment and sub-contractors aging.
• All post contract administration including Variation Claim and Final claim.
• Preparation of Cash Flow
• Advise the project and purchasing department in relation to Quantities and price against budget.
• Specification and quality.
• Material delivery schedule.
• Labour constant and work study analysis.
• Cost study on prefabrication and its efficiency.
• Talking off quantity.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
