About the Role

Accenture is looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in React and Java to build scalable, secure, and cloud-native enterprise applications. This role is ideal for a senior engineering professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, driving architecture decisions, and mentoring development teams.

You will work closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to design and deliver modern digital solutions using agile methodologies and best-in-class engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications using React, TypeScript, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React and Redux.
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design scalable, resilient, and secure application architectures.
• Implement distributed caching solutions using Redis.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and drive engineering best practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production deployments.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in full stack software development.
• Strong expertise in React, Redux, and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building scalable microservices and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of Redis or other distributed caching technologies.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud-native architectures.
• Expertise in API design, service integration, and system architecture.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps, and Release Management practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Node.js.
• Exposure to public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading technical teams or agile squads.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.
• Relevant cloud, Kubernetes, or software engineering certifications.
