Responsibilities
Role Overview
The Operations & Business Development Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of Fresh Aura vending machines while also identifying and developing new business opportunities and strategic locations across Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily replenishment of fruits, consumables, cups, lids, and machine supplies.
Coordinate procurement and collection of fruits and operational materials from approved suppliers.
Conduct routine machine inspections and operational checks.
Perform machine cleaning, sanitization, and hygiene inspections according to SOPs.
Replace approved consumable and wearable spare parts.
Carry out first-level troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock records.
Coordinate machine installation, relocation, and servicing activities.
Prepare operational reports and recommendations.
Identify and evaluate potential locations for new vending machine installations.
Conduct site surveys and assess commercial viability.
Develop relationships with malls, hospitals, universities, offices, condominiums, and property owners.
Support rental discussions and commercial negotiations.
Coordinate with property management teams during deployments.
Follow up on business leads and partnership opportunities.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence.
