Responsibilities
Location: Pasir Ris
Salary: Up to $3,800/month
Contract: 1 Year Contract, subject to renewal
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am–6:00pm; Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm
Job Responsibilities
Manage full-spectrum HR operations across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
Handle recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, confirmation and other HR administration matters.
Manage Work Permit and employment-related applications, renewals and documentation where required.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases and personnel documentation.
Manage and monitor leave, attendance and employee records in accordance with company policies.
Support payroll-related HR administration and provide accurate employee information for payroll processing.
Handle employee enquiries and provide timely support on HR policies, procedures and employment matters.
Prepare HR reports, letters and documentation for management review and internal requirements.
Liaise with relevant internal departments and external parties on HR and administrative matters.
Support HR projects and other ad-hoc initiatives as required.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of full-spectrum HR experience.
Good knowledge of day-to-day HR operations and employment administration.
Experience handling Work Permit applications will be an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
