Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand manpower requirements, advise on headcount requisitions (HRF), and ensure hiring is aligned with approved budget and workforce plans.
  • Manage and monitor recruitment activities to ensure vacancies are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
  • Explore and evaluate recruitment platforms, channels and sourcing strategies to improve recruitment effectiveness and talent reach.
  • Partner with HRBP to manage recruitment for Concord College International School, covering expatriate and local teaching positions, with strict adherence to safeguarding protocols and education regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the onboarding process and provide guidance to the HR Executive to ensure onboarding activities are completed accurately, consistently and within the required timeline.
  • Act as a backup for onboarding activities during the HR Executive's absence to ensure continuity of operations.
  • Review and guide the HR Executive on updates to onboarding materials, including orientation slides and related communication materials, to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Partner with HR Operations (CCIS) to monitor pre-employment documentation and ensure completion of P-files for a smooth onboarding process.
  • Coordinate background checks with external vendors for designated high-risk positions in accordance with compliance and risk management requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment reports, trackers and talent pipelines to support workforce planning and recruitment analysis.


Employee Engagement

  • Plan, coordinate and execute employee engagement activities in line with the approved engagement calendar and Company objectives.
  • Gather and analyse employee feedback to identify engagement trends, improvement areas and opportunities to enhance employee experience.
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of engagement initiatives and recommend improvements where appropriate.
  • Work closely with the Group Branding team to develop festive, awareness and engagement-related communication materials and visuals.
  • Coordinate the equitable distribution of engagement goodies across multiple work locations to promote an inclusive employee experience.


Employee Branding

  • Execute and support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the Company's employer value proposition and talent attraction efforts.
  • Support HR Manager to plan and coordinate recruitment marketing activities, including career fairs, campus engagement and other talent attraction initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain the Company's career page and LinkedIn page to ensure relevant, engaging and up-to-date employer branding content.
  • Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey and identify opportunities to strengthen the Company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to support employer branding campaigns and recruitment-related communications.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and/or Employer Branding.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and partnering with Hiring Managers across different functions and levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with employees, Hiring Managers, senior stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within agreed timelines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend practical solutions.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional HR communications and engagement content.
  • Good understanding of recruitment practices, employee engagement and employer branding concepts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HRIS or recruitment systems will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to participate in recruitment and engagement activities outside normal working hours, including career fairs and Company events, when required.
