TD Fabrics is looking for a Sales Coordinator tosupport our Sales team and service our established clientele base, whichconsists mainly of interior designers, architects and industry clients.

The role involves working closely with designers and clientson their project requirements, preparing quotations, coordinating samples andorders, and providing timely follow-up and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

·       Service and support the company’s existingclientele base of interior designers, architects and clients.

·       Work closely with designers and clients tounderstand their fabric, wallpaper, leather, vinyl and soft-furnishingrequirements.

·       Assist with product selection,specifications, samples and pricing.

·       Prepare and issue quotations accuratelyand promptly.

·       Follow up on quotations, enquiries and ongoingprojects.

·       Check stock availability, pricing and leadtimes with suppliers.

·       Coordinate samples, cuttings and hangersfor designers and clients.

·       Process and follow up on sales orders andpurchase orders.

·       Coordinate order confirmations and deliveryschedules with suppliers and internal teams.

·       Maintain accurate records of quotations, ordersand project details.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented and comfortable dealing with designers, architects and clients.
• Organised, responsible and attentive to details.
• Able to prepare quotations and manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience in fabrics, wallpaper, interior design, soft furnishings or hospitality projects would be an advantage.
• Training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
