Job Description
- Drive sales performance and market share growth across Asia territories
- Manage and develop relationships with regional distributors
- Monitor distributor performance and implement capability improvement plans
- Identify new growth opportunities and support local market expansion
- Lead sales training initiatives to enhance partner effectiveness
- Collaborate with internal teams on forecasting, supply chain, and customer delivery
- Support branding, retail execution, and participation in trade events
A Successful Candidate Should Have
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 5+ years in regional sales, business development, or distributor management
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing distributor or dealer networks in a B2B environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse market dynamics
- Exposure to industrial, automotive, or marine-related sectors preferred
- Willingness to travel
