Job Summary

Operate and program Vertical and Horizontal CNC Milling Machines to produce quality parts per engineering drawings. Plan job loading and create macro programming to optimize CNC machine operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate Vertical and Horizontal CNC Milling Machines to manufacture parts that meet engineering drawing specifications
• Develop CNC programming for CNC Milling Machines to ensure precise and efficient machining
• Plan and schedule CNC machine job loading to maximize productivity and meet production deadlines
• Create macro programming for CNC Machines to automate repetitive tasks and improve machining accuracy
• Interpret engineering drawings accurately to guide machining processes
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support production goals and continuous learning
• Manage assigned tasks independently to ensure timely completion and quality output
