Job Summary

Deliver workplace safety and health training to diverse learners, leveraging extensive site experience and certified facilitation skills to promote safe work practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver effective Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) training sessions to diverse audiences, ensuring clear communication and learner engagement
• Apply at least 5 years of relevant worksite experience in Construction, Machinery Operation (e.g., Forklift, MEWP – Scissor Lift/Boom Lift/Vertical Personnel Platform), and Scaffolding to provide practical, real-world training examples
• Facilitate training sessions using ACTA/ACLP-certified methods to enhance learner comprehension and retention
• Communicate training content proficiently in English and one or more of the following languages: Mandarin, Tamil, Hindi, Bengali, or Thai to meet client language needs
• Commit to conducting weekend training sessions as required to support learner availability and training schedules
• Uphold professional standards by adhering to the Code of Ethics for WSH Trainers, if certified

Required competencies and certifications

• Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Level B
• ACTA/ACLP certification for facilitation

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Code of Ethics for WSH Trainers certificate
• Experience in Construction, Machinery Operation, and Scaffolding (preferred but not mandatory)
