French style bread / pastry production (baguette, sourdough, ciabatta, croissants, cookies, quiche, lemon tarts, eclairs, cakes, etc) for 16 shops and B2B at factory of 7,000 square feet

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and production of bakery / pastry items
• Operating ovens and monitoring baking times and temperatures
• Product packaging and packing
• Following all food safety and production guidelines
• Cleaning and maintaining all baking equipment / area

Requirements:

• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Teamwork and good attitude
• No experience will also be considered
• Immediately available is preferred

Overnight shift: 8:30pm - 6:00am / 11:00pm - 8:30am

6 days off per 4 weeks / 12-18 annual leaves / 15 statutory holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
