Job Description

• Handle daily HR and administrative matters.
• Manage recruitment, interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle attendance, leave, MC and payroll-related matters.
• Assist with EPF, SOCSO, EIS and other statutory matters.
• Handle employee enquiries and HR-related issues.
• Perform other HR duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Relevant HR experience will be an added advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in the related field.
