Job Description
- Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payments
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to the accounts department
- Handle work pass application, renewal, cancellation and issuance in compliance with MOM regulations
- Maintain and update employee leave and insurance records, including FWMI and WICA documentation
- Organize and maintain proper filing and documentation of all employee records
- Prepare HR-related letters including Employment Letter, Warning Letter, Confirmation Letter, and other official correspondence
- Coordinate responses to MOM surveys and fulfill HR-related regulatory requirements
- Ensure all HR processes and records comply with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in the F&B industry, preferably in food stall and restaurant operations, will be an advantage.
- Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage to facilitate communication with Mandarin-speaking employees and operational staff.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Start work immediately
