About the Role


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR coordination in a fast-paced, international environment.


You will work closely with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams and have the opportunity to gain practical experience across different areas of the employee lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities


Support the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.

Assist with job posting and maintaining job information across recruitment platforms.

Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.

Support onboarding and offboarding activities, including document collection and employee records.

Assist with HR data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Support preparation of HR reports, trackers, and presentations using Excel/Google Sheets.

Assist with employee engagement activities, internal communications, and HR events.

Support various HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Conduct basic research on HR-related topics, market practices, and recruitment channels.

Perform other HR administrative and ad-hoc tasks as required.


Requirements


Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or People Operations.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with good organizational and follow-up skills.

Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.

Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different stakeholders.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Previous internship or project experience in HR/recruitment is a plus.
