About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Draftsperson to join Luxior Concept. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and documentation of interior design projects.

As a Draftsperson, you will play a vital role in translating design concepts into precise, detailed renderings and technical drawings that support our design and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality and realistic 3D interior renderings based on design concepts, material selections, and project requirements.
• Create immersive 360 virtual tours to help clients visualise their proposed spaces.
• Translate sketches, mood boards, references, floor plans, and Interior Designers’ concepts into accurate 2D drawings and 3D visuals.
• Make amendments and revisions efficiently based on designer and client feedback.
• Ensure 3D renderings accurately reflect the proposed layout, materials, colours, lighting, and overall design intent.
• Prepare properly dimensioned technical drawings suitable for site execution.
• Work closely with Interior Designers to meet project timelines and presentation requirements.
• Maintain organised drawing, rendering, and project files.
• Assist with light administrative duties, including the preparation of quotations, project documentation, and paperwork submissions.
• Ensure quotations, forms, and other required project documents are accurately prepared, organised, and submitted in a timely manner.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience and knowledge in interior design.
• Proficiency with softwares such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar industry-standard programmes
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently across multiple projects.
• Good understanding of interior space planning, proportions, materials, lighting and construction details.
• Strong eye for interior design, composition and visual presentation.
• Able to interpret floor plans, site measurements, sketches and design references accurately.
• Strong communication skills to work alongside interior designers and clients.
