Rectifier Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Accounts Executive to join our Finance team in Gelang Patah, Johor. No previous SAP or manufacturing experience is required. You will receive structured on-the-job guidance while developing practical experience in SAP, AP and AR, month-end closing, audit support, inventory, manufacturing costs and regional Group reporting.
You will also work with colleagues across Malaysia, Australia and Singapore, giving you valuable exposure to an international finance environment from the beginning of your career.

About the Role
Rectifier Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accounts Executive to join our Finance team at our manufacturing facility in Gelang Patah, Johor..
You will receive practical guidance and on-the-job training while progressively developing broader experience across financial accounting, manufacturing operations, compliance and Group reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, staff claims and payment vouchers accurately and promptly.
- Prepare and issue customer invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monitoring daily cash transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records in the company’s accounting and ERP systems.
- Assist with general ledger reconciliations, month-end closing and the preparation of accounting schedules.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and relevant supporting documentation.
- Assist with SST, tax and other statutory documentation.
- Assist with inventory, manufacturing costs and other finance-related analysis where required.
- Work with Production, Procurement and other departments to resolve accounting and documentation matters.
- Support financial reporting requirements for the Australian head office and other Group entities.
- Perform other reasonable finance-related duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant early-career experience are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or previous accounting experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
- Sound understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and willingness to learn new systems.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP/accounting system would be an advantage; relevant training will be provided.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be advantageous where required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers or other business contacts, but it is not essential.
- Careful, organised and able to maintain accurate financial records.
- Willing to learn, take responsibility and work collaboratively across different departments.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
