Working Arrangement

Mall Outlet: 4 working days, 3 off days, based on mall operating hours

Shop Lot Outlet: 5 working days, 2 off days, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Requirements

Malaysian citizen

Age 19–30 years old

Minimum Diploma, open for fresh

Candidates with SPM may be considered if they have relevant Telco experience

Background in Retail, Sales, Customer Service, F&B or Hospitality is encouraged

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work weekends and public holidays on a shift basis

Job Scope

Assist walk-in customers and recommend suitable CelcomDigi plans, devices and accessories

Handle sales transactions, registrations and outlet operations

Provide good customer service and resolve customer enquiries

Maintain product knowledge and outlet standards

Support individual and outlet sales targets

Participate in store activities, events and product launches

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
