Sous Chef
Responsibilities
Ensure standards for food hygiene, occupational safety, and health comply with company requirements.
Control food preparation to ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation meet company standards.
Provide supervision and training to the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations in the kitchen.
Collaborate with the Head of Food & Beverage to optimize existing dishes and create new menu items.
Requirements
Certificate holder in Hospitality Management or Culinary Operations
A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience, preferably in hotel industry or sizeable catering operations
Sound knowledge of food hygiene and safety
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
A good team player with positive thinking
