In this position, you will play important role such as:

• Perform day to day processing of financial transactions and ensure that Accounts Receivable (A/R) is maintained in an efficient, up-to date and accurate manner.
• Gather and verify invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to the accounts receivable.
• Monitor credit control and monthly debt collection performance.
• Keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity.
• Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork.
• Visit bank to deposit cheque as when requested.
• Deal with other account matters.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking / Business or equivalent.
• Preferably 2 - 3 years of working experience. Fresh Grade also can come to apply.
• Preferably able to handle full set account or with assistance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Efficient, detail oriented, pro-active, fast learner and team player
