MIOGGI Hiring! Full Time Multimedia Designer - Videographer in Kowloon, Hong Kong, Earn up to HKD 30,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Production: Manage the full video and photo production process, from conceptualization and storyboarding (pre-production) to shooting, audio editing, and final post-production.
• Content Creation: Act as the brand’s primary videographer and photographer to create highly engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels.
• Multimedia Design: Develop and produce online and offline marketing materials in various multimedia formats, including motion graphics, animations, and event collaterals.
• AI-Assisted Design: Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT) to assist in brainstorming, drafting storyboards, and generating design assets to optimize workflow and creativity.
• Brand Guardianship: Ensure brand consistency and visual identity are maintained across all marketing projects and platforms.
• Quality Assurance: Deliver high-quality, audience-centric artwork and videos that align with the company's marketing objectives.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Perform other design and video-related tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher Diploma or above in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Video Production, or related disciplines.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in multimedia design or video production.
• Technical Proficiency: Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• AI Literacy: Hands-on experience or strong familiarity with AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) for drafting and concept generation is highly preferred.
• Core Skills: Strong visual storytelling abilities, solid knowledge of graphic design and animation principles, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attributes: Creative, self-motivated, eager to learn new technologies (including AI trends), responsible, and passionate about delivering high-quality work.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Beauty, Health, Medical, FMCG, or E-commerce industries will be a strong advantage.
• Availability: Immediate availability is highly preferable.
