Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor Civil & Structural, Architectural, Interior Design (ID) Finishing and Façade works on site.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, mock-ups and authority requirements.
• Oversee structural works including substructure, superstructure, concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, embeds and defect rectification.
• Monitor architectural and finishing works including walls, façades, doors, windows, flooring, ceilings, joinery and fittings.
• Enforce quality standards through inspections, benchmark mock-ups and workmanship control.
• Oversee façade installation, waterproofing works, water-tightness testing and rectification activities.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, façade specialists, ID contractors and the M&E Resident Engineer on technical matters and site coordination.
• Lead site inspections, identify non-compliance issues and enforce corrective actions where necessary.
• Review and resolve construction conflicts involving structural, architectural, ID and M&E interfaces.
• Issue site instructions, technical clarifications, inspection records, meeting minutes, NCRs and related project documentation.
• Support authority inspections and coordinate site readiness for DBKL, JKKP, utility agencies and CCC-related requirements.
• Monitor defect rectification, workmanship quality and handover readiness.
• Maintain professional independence and ensure compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements at all times.

Working Days & Hours – 5.5 Days

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (Half-day)

Employment Basis

• Fixed-Term Contract
• The contract shall continue until the completion of the project, including the issuance of the Certificate of Practical Completion (CPC) and the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
• No probation period applies to this fixed-term contract.
