Main Duties and Responsibilities
Supporting Partner and fee earners in the Singapore Projects team.
Reviewing and organising documentation on ongoing matters.
Dealing with document management on matters.
Proof-reading documents and presentation decks to ensure accuracy.
Translating of documents between Korean and English.
Market research and reporting for matter and client development purposes.
Participate in and support business development activities.
Proactively respond to priorities of the team
Be committed to continuous improvement
Qualifications
Educated to diploma level or equivalent
Ability to speak, read and write in Korean is
compulsory
Relevant Experience
Previous paralegal experience in a Singapore or international law firm
Key Skills
IT literate with a good knowledge and high degree of competency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with acute attention to detail, careful and meticulous
Exhibiting proper judgement and common sense where appropriate
Ability to adapting to the needs of internal and external clients
