Job Responsibilities:

• Assist accounting team with daily accounting activities.
• Learn and assist with AP, AR and bookkeeping tasks.
• Assist in checking and organising invoices, receipts and payment documents.
• Assist with data entry and bank reconciliation.
• Gain exposure to e-Invoice, audit and tax-related processes.
• Assist in preparing accounting reports and documentation.
• Support the accounting team with other tasks when required.
• Learn and gain practical experience in a real accounting work environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of accounting software such as QNE/AutoCountis an advantage.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Pay: RM500.00 per month
