Accounts Executive

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities across warehouse, logistics, freight, and transport operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working with operational stakeholders and driving data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly P&L reports and analyse actual results against budget and forecast.
• Perform variance analysis on warehouse, logistics, freight, and transport expenses, highlighting key risks and opportunities.
• Review and validate operational cost-saving initiatives.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes for logistics-related functions.
• Consolidate financial data and prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Process expense entries and maintain accounting ledgers.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of reporting dashboards and Power BI reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with accounting ledgers and financial controls.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Korean.
