Location: Remote; Malaysia-based candidates preferred

Working windows: Weekdays, 8:00pm–10:30pm; weekends, 10:00am–2:00pm (Singapore/Malaysia time)

About IntChess

IntChess helps children in Singapore build confidence, discipline and chess ability through structured coaching. We provide qualified parent leads, a sales deck, scripts and training. Your job is to conduct online assessments and help suitable families make a clear enrolment decision.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct 30-minute online assessments with parents and children.

- Follow our provided assessment and sales process.

- Understand the parent’s goals and recommend one suitable programme.

- Explain programme options, prices and available class times clearly.

- Ask for the enrolment and guide ready parents through payment.

- Handle common concerns professionally without pressure or false promises.

- Follow up with undecided parents at the agreed time.

- Record every call and outcome accurately in our CRM.

No cold calling is required. IntChess generates and qualifies the leads.

Compensation

- S$10 for every attended qualified assessment completed and logged correctly.

- 5% of the first cleared payment from every enrolment you personally close.

- No commission on unpaid invoices or renewals.

- Refunds and chargebacks cancel or claw back the related commission.

- Call volume and earnings are not guaranteed.

Based on IntChess’s verified August performance, 30 attended calls would provide illustrative closer earnings of approximately S$826 / RM2,600. Stronger performance or a higher-value programme mix could bring earnings to RM3,000 or more.

Thirty attended calls equal approximately 15 hours of live calls. Additional time is required for preparation, follow-up and CRM updates.

But the moment you are proficient in your work, we can push the leads up to 60-90 calls per month. So you could potentially make $6,000 - $10,000 RM per month and transition to a full time role after.

Who We’re Looking For

- Warm, confident and clear spoken English.

- Comfortable speaking with Singapore parents on video calls.

- Sales, tuition, enrichment or education experience is helpful.

- Reliable with punctuality, follow-up and record-keeping.

- Able to follow a proven process instead of improvising.

- Comfortable asking directly for a decision and payment.

- Available during the stated working windows.

Chess expertise is not required. Training and the assessment framework are provided; advanced cases are escalated to a coach.

Trial and Application

The role begins with training, mock-call certification and a paid 30-attended-call trial. Successful candidates may continue in an ongoing part-time role.
