Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Degree/ Diploma in ComputerScience/IT, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Must have minimum
3-5 years ofexperience in UX Research

with minimum

2-3 years of experience in qualitativeresearch methods

including both traditional and modern approaches

  • Must have experience in qualitativemethods and qualitative analysis techniques – thematic analysis and affinitymapping & producing deliverables – service design blueprints, journey maps,and process flows.
  • Experience in defining researchobjectives to support the entire product lifecycle and applying user insights andsynthesise timely insights into coherent, actionable deliverables
  • Experience collaborating withProduct, Tech, Data, and Business partners and strong understanding of productdesign processes and emerging technologies.
  • Good to have experience with designand prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) and AI-augmented research methods and tools
  • Good to have experience withquantitative research methods (e.g., surveys, A/B testing, product analytics,CSAT)
  • Good to have experience working inAgile environment
  • Excellent Written and VerbalCommunication Skills.
