Job Summary:
Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with F&B outlets, promoting and selling a range of dry goods, frozen foods, and fresh vegetables. Focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities with restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering companies, and other F&B outlets.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Promote and sell dry goods, frozen food products, and fresh vegetables.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
• Resolve customer inquiries and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food distribution or FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of dry goods, frozen foods, and fresh produce is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Possess a valid driver's license (if field sales is required).
