Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
- Assign staff duties and prepare work schedules based on operational needs.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in handling customer concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and proper storage of food and supplies.
- Ensure proper cash handling, payment procedures, and daily sales reporting.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate orders.
- Implement company policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets, controlling costs, and improving overall operations.
