Job Description
Responsibilities
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our existing team to work on a number of key projects in Singapore.
Key Skills
All aspects of HVAC design and management
Developing design briefs
A proven experience systems design
Load and system calculations
HVAC system modelling
Hydraulic analysis of air and water systems
Conceptual and detailed design of HVAC systems
Development of system schematics through all design stages
Production of engineering designs, drawings, and documents
Specification writing
Building Management Systems – development of systems architecture, specifications, controls strategies, sequence of operations through all design stages
Key Requirements
Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
Min 5 years of experience in the design of mechanical services engineering, preferably in a consultancy environment.
Have proven ability to work well with others in a multidisciplinary project team
Be proactive with a strong ability to work independently and without supervision
Strong work ethic, high level of integrity, self-motivated, proactive, with creative approach to thinking and problem-solving
