Key Responsibilities 

• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through phone and email, and participate in on-site client visits when necessary

• Promote and sell company food products to distributors, hotels, restaurants, and other clients  

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers 

• Identify new market opportunities and generate leads 

• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers 

• Take orders and ensure timely follow-up and coordination with internal teams 

• Maintain basic sales records and reports 

Qualifications 

• Minimum diploma preferred 

• 2+ years of customer service experience in food, retail, or wholesale trade 

• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) is a plus 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Mandarin language proficiency may be required depending on product and customer base.
  

  Only Singaporean are preferred.
