Responsiblity

• Supervise and manage production operators (approx. 25 staff)
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Monitor daily operations and report production progress
• Coach, train, and motivate your team for high performance
• Support weekend or weekday call-back when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• At least 3 years of experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing (preferred)
• Strong people management and supervisory skills
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia; English is an added advantage
• Responsible, proactive, and able to handle production issues effectively
• Willing to support weekend shifts or weekday call-backs when required
