HR & OPERATIONS INTERN

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with promoters, part-timers & applicants

- Assist in hiring tasks including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates & scheduling interviews (accounts provided)

- Manage promoters’ daily schedules and manpower for events or sampling activities

- Check on promoters from time to time to ensure smooth execution

- Handle attendance tracking, onboarding details & other HR documentation

- Coordinate manpower for retail activations, sampling booths & seasonal events

- Assist with general office/admin tasks when needed

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Admin, Management, or related field

- Strong communication skills, friendly and comfortable dealing with people

- Responsible, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks at once

- Positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Bonus Advantage (Not required but good to have):

- Experience in dealing with part-timers/promoters

- Familiar with recruitment platforms or screening tools

We're looking for student who are interested in developing some skill sets with us during their three-month internship.

Office is located at Ara Damansara, connected with Lembah Subang LRT Station.

Working Hours: These are the working hours as outlined by government regulations.

Actual working hours will be more flexible, and working on Saturday is selective.

Monday - Friday: 9 am to 5 pm (an hour break) / Saturday: 11 am to 2 pm (WFH)

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are required to work in the office
The rest of the day will be work from home
