Klinik Pergigian Rakyat Dental is committed to providing high-quality dental care in a warm, professional, and patient-focused environment. We are looking for a friendly, organised, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in delivering an excellent patient experience. Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Managing patient registrations, appointments, confirmations, and rescheduling.
• Responding to phone calls, WhatsApp messages, social media enquiries, and walk-in patients promptly and courteously.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and performing general administrative duties.
• Handling billing, payments, and cashier responsibilities accurately.
• Coordinating appointment schedules with dentists and dental assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
• Learning basic dental terminology and clinic workflow during the initial 1–3 weeks of training (depending on individual learning progress).

Working Hours

• Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Clinic closed every Monday)
• Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Off Days: Selected Public Holidays

Salary & Benefits

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 per month (depending on experience)
