On behalf of our client, we are looking for a high-energy L&D Executive to accelerate talent growth within their Technology Functions. In this role, you will bridge tech capability gaps, manage external vendors, and partner directly with senior leaders to drive impactful learning initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle LNA: Drive the full training lifecycle from capability gap analysis and roadmap design to final execution and program roll-out.
• Learning Ops: Manage end-to-end learning programs, including program valuation, external vendor selection, and content curation.
• C-Suite Partnering: Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align tech training needs, build strategic roll-out plans, and drive internal adoption.

Requirements

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of dedicated L&D experience, with a proven track record in corporate or tech environments.
• LNA Expertise: Strong background in executing full competency gap analyses and materializing training solutions.
• Operations & Vendors: Experienced in curriculum curation, vendor management, and program valuation (content creation is not required).
• Stakeholder Skills: Excellent communication skills to influence and partner effectively with C-suite leaders.

Salary will commensurate according to Candidates’ Work Experience & Qualifications
