What you'll do

Monitor and maintain network, server, and applicationhealth day-to-day

Provide 24/7 helpdesk support on a rotating weekly roster, one to two weeks per month (with standby and overtime allowance)

Respond on-site to troubleshoot and resolve IT and AV faults

Perform routine maintenance — firmware updates, patching, asset tracking

Liaise with vendors to manage system recoveries and escalations

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT Networking, or related field
• Basic knowledge of IT networks, Microsoft OS, and computer hardware
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) or AV systems is a bonus — but not required
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
• Good communicator who works well in a team and under pressure
