Responsibilities
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
You shall report to the Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Directors of Jasa Investigation & Security Services Pte Ltd and faithfully and diligently perform such duties assigned to you. Your main duties are:
1 Perform full spectrum of HR functions including,
2 Update and develop human resource policy and procedures.
3 Responsible for recruitment & selection and participate in Job fairs.
4 Posting of Jobs advertisements on job portals, social media, and other platforms
5 Accountable for training and development.
6 Employees remuneration and benefits management.
7 Addressing employee issues and maintain employee relation.
8 Plan, direct and coordinate other administrative functions of the company.
9 Record keeping and updating HR database.
10 Handling of all portals like MOM, PLRD, NS CLAIM etc.
11 Preparing employment records related to hiring, promoting, and transferring.
12 Planning and scheduling and writing minutes of meetings.
13 Organizing and maintaining proper filing.
14 Answering phone calls.
15 All other duties as assigned by the management.
