Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Sourcing
- Source for niche, technical positions through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, industry associations and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates for future pipeline requirements.
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer acceptance for assigned vacancies.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles and recruitment strategies.
- Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews and assessment coordination.
- Facilitate offer negotiations and manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Management
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
- Act as a trusted advisor on recruitment strategy and candidate assessment.
- Advise stakeholders on realistic hiring strategies for specialised and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners where required.
- Ensure a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
Talent Acquisition Excellence
- Track recruitment metrics including time-to-fill
- Maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems and databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards and employment regulations.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Recruitment Consulting or Corporate Recruitment.
- Proven track record in successfully filling specialised, technical or leadership positions.
- Experience recruiting within manufacturing, agribusiness, commodities, supply chain, engineering, chemicals, refining, trading or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Experience in Workday HRMS.
