Job Scope:

• Drive the Director safely and punctually to work, meetings, appointments, and events
• Plan routes in advance and adjust for traffic conditions to ensure on-time arrival
• Perform daily/weekly basic vehicle checks (tyre pressure, engine oil, coolant, battery, lights) and keep the vehicle clean and presentable
• Schedule and follow up on vehicle servicing and maintenance appointments
• Be on standby for early-morning starts, late-night pickups, weekend duties, and short-notice call-outs
• Accompany the Director on outstation trips as required, including overnight stays when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the Director's schedule and activities
• Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or safety concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Valid Malaysian Class D driving licence, with a minimum of 3 years of active driving experience (please state number of years held)
• Proven experience driving a Toyota Alphard/Vellfire or similar large MPV
• Non-smoker
• Clean criminal record (verification will be conducted)
• Age between 25 and 45
• Able to perform basic vehicle checks (tyre pressure, engine oil, coolant, battery, lights) and follow servicing schedules
• Currently residing in or around Wangsa Permai / Kepong, or within a short commute — required for early-morning starts and short-notice call-outs
• Medically fit to drive, with good eyesight (please indicate if corrective lenses are used); must pass a pre-employment medical check
• Able to commit to irregular working hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and outstation trips at short notice, with minimal ad-hoc leave
